Soft top mouse pad prices
Soft Fabric Top Mouse Pad Construction
The soft fabric custom mousepads are a very simple basic construction.
The top layer is tightly woven polyester fabric. The base is natural sponge
rubber. The is no glue used in the manufacturing process. The fabric is
vulcanized to the sponge rubber, meaning that while the rubber is still
somewhat molten, the fabric is applied and when the rubber cools, the
fabric is well adheared to it. This process avoids using toxic glues.
The polyester fiber is necessesary to accept the sublimation dye at the
molecular level. This printing process will not work one most other
materials, including cotton. The polyester is the perfect sponge for the
rich sublimation dye inks, an it adheres within the fabric fibers
permanently, and without being felt, unlike a stiff screen print.
Sublimation printing is so safe and non-toxic, it is recommended
for baby clothes and blankets!

Turn-around time:
Typically, our turnaround time is 2-2 1/2 weeks.
This time can vary, and we will always give you
an estimated production time when you place
your order with us. If you have an important
date that must be met, please tell us as soon as
possible! We have several stages of production
that we can arrange to save time at no
additional charge. The sooner we know, the
more options we have for working it into our
production schedule properly.
