Turnaround time
Custom soft top and hard top mouse pads: 10-14 work days production time from receipt of your 
order, deposit, and usable art. Stock Designs: 5-10 work days.
We can and do accommodate most rushes, especially event-specific
deadlines, but please try and allow adequate time.

Order Checklist
1. Art preparation: Use the "Art Requirements" page as guide to all computer programs 
    and file formats we can use. Remember to give us high resolution whenever possible.  
    The most common error is to grab art designed for your website (usually  only 75 dpi) 
    instead of high resolution art (300 dpi). The true test is how does it look printed out?  

2. Size: Full - Medium - Large - Coaster - Custom? 

3. Mousepad Print Style: Full-Custom? Designer Series? 

4. Color(s): How many? Full-Color? PMS color matching? 

5. Quantity 

6. Shipping: (usually UPS unless over 5,000 pads)                      

7. Turnaround time: Any deadlines we need to know about?

8. Payment Method: Check or Credit Card? 

    We will fax you back a copy of our in-house order 
    that includes freight charges. On PMS color matching, 
    we always try to use a suitable in-stock color and save 
    you $ on PMS color matches. If we must order in special
    color(s), we charge you at our cost. Again, please feel 
    free to call us at any time during your mousepad 
    project for help and art tips. Remember we offer free 
    layout service (30 minutes+ ...we're flexible!)
